The Contact Form

The consultation-request form on this site's homepage collects your email address, business name, website (if you have one), preferred callback time, and what you're looking for, plus anything you write in the open message field. It is handled by Netlify Forms: submissions are stored in Netlify Forms until deleted by ServeDigitalDesign, and delivered to ServeDigitalDesign for the sole purpose of following up about your inquiry. They are not sold, shared with a third party for marketing, or used for anything besides that one conversation.

Do not include patient, health, payment, or other sensitive information in the message field. This form is not a secure channel for that kind of data.

Booking Pages

The consultation booking page and partner meeting page embed a Google Calendar scheduling page directly on this domain. Picking a time hands your name and email to Google to create the calendar invite. That exchange is governed by Google's own privacy policy, not this one. ServeDigitalDesign only sees what you enter to book the meeting.

Analytics

This site's first-party analytics are cookieless by design: nothing here writes a cookie or any identifier that can be tied back to you, and no measurement can be tied back to a specific visitor. (The site remembers where you were on a page for the current tab only, so the Back button returns you to the same spot; that is cleared when you close the tab.) As of this writing the measurement provider has not yet been turned on, so no data currently leaves your browser at all beyond the page request itself. This notice will be updated when that changes.
